With motivation, the right plan, and consistency, attaining one’s fitness and wellness goals are possible.”

What Kolon’s clients say about him:

“Kolon is an amazing therapist, he has brought me from being weak and unsteady on my feet to a stronger person whose mobility is being restored.
Lately I have been suffering badly with sciatica pain.  My preferred treatment is acupuncture, because I’m not one to take prescription pain meds or cortisone shots. While trying to reach my favorite acupuncturist, Kolon started focusing on my pain.  He taught me exercises and worked with me in the gym until I can now manage my pain.  I’m extremely grateful for what Kolon is doing for me.”
    Lurethia S.

“I took Kolon’s session on knee rehab yesterday. I can’t compliment him too much on his presentation and the attention he paid to the session’s participants.

Kolon is knowledgeable and precise when conveying the details of exercises and extremely attentive in spotting and correcting misalignment. He has a calm and confident manner that combines with a natural warmth when working with the session’s participants. He was respectful of the range of abilities/disabilities presented at the session and tailored the exercises accordingly.

I was impressed with the session. If I am diligent in following his advice, I hope one day to be able to sit on the floor and get up again. We all have our dreams .”
