Rock Creek Sports Club offers a variety of group fitness classes designed to help you reach your fitness goals. Our classes range from a very high intensity cardiovascular workout to a lower intensity stretch and alignment workout. And with several options in between, we are sure to have an exercise class that fits both your schedule and workout needs.

Guidelines and Policies

Class schedule and/or instructor is subject to change without notice. Instructors reserve the right to ask anyone entering a class late to engage in an alternative exercise. For your own safety, attendance for the class warm-up and cool-down is recommended. ***Non-members are permitted to take any group exercise class for $15 (payment is made at the front desk). However, this may exceed the cost of a regular membership even if class is taken just once a week. If you really enjoy your exercise class as a guest, stop in to see a gym membership consultant on your way out to inquire about joining.
