“I am writing to tell you that Rock Creek Sports Club has changed my life for the better. I really enjoy the friendly administrative staff and trainers, the clean environment and the variety of equipment available to users. I go to the Club at least 4 times a week to have two sessions with Amy Pollak for functional strength training and two sessions with Sophia Antelo for Pilates.
I have worked with Amy Pollok for functional strength training since April of 2024. She has been a terrific coach and trainer. My arms and legs are much more muscled and toned. She has really helped me strengthen my right hip that was getting weak. I’ve noticed my improved strength in so many ways, from lifting luggage, carrying groceries and moving rugs and furniture around the house. I feel more confident in my own body since working with her. She safely pushes me to do things that I never thought that I could do.”
