Lacey is comprehensively certified (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels and Mat) by Balanced Body and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Archeology from the University of Maryland. Lacey’s continuing education has included focuses on active aging, low back pain, Pilates for neurological conditions, and the Franklin Method.
Lacey believes that movement is medicine and loves to work one-on-one with clients to address their unique bodies, needs and goals. Whether the client is an athlete, leads a more sedentary lifestyle, is recovering from an injury, or simply wants to feel better, she believes that everyone can benefit from practicing the Pilates method.
