Are you constantly thinking about work and other areas of your life that are important to you, but are struggling to find the right balance? By using the proper tools, you will explore how to integrate all areas of your life so you can live more harmoniously.

Physical Activity and Improving Eating Habits

How often do you try to incorporate movement into your life or try to improve your eating habits, but then become discouraged and frustrated, so you eventually give up? Your coach will help you explore the obstacles that you face and find what motivates you so you will be able to incorporate these improvements into your life one step at a time.

In this day in age, it seems we are constantly stressed. This could be due to work, family, friends, traffic, completing your to-do list – you name it, we are a stressed society. How can coaching help you manage your stress? You will be guided to change your perspective, reframe your thoughts, or come up with relaxation techniques that work for you. This can make a great difference in not only managing your stress, but making you feel calmer and more at ease.

How often do you put yourself down or judge yourself harshly? How much negative self-talk keeps you from fulfilling your dreams or aspirations? Through coaching, you will find help to reframe your thoughts and tame the negative self-talk. Your coach will work with you to appreciate yourself for who you are as a unique and valued individual.

Mindfulness Practice

How often do you think about the past or the future and become anxious about it? Mindfulness is simply being aware of your thoughts and body, and living in the present moment. By living in the here and now, our lives start to become more meaningful, and it can help you stop anticipating what will happen in the future or dwelling on the past. You may find that you are happier when you live in the present. During your coaching sessions, you will learn how to practice mindfulness which may include meditation, breathing exercises, or naming and accepting your emotions without judgement.
