Molly Sanborn

    Molly is an NASM-certified personal trainer with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a Master’s in Public Health in Global Health Epidemiology. Drawing on her background in public health and her work as a personal trainer, she is passionate about helping people become their healthiest selves—both physically and mentally. Molly believes deeply in the power of exercise to improve quality of life, build confidence, and create a sense of fulfillment and happiness.

    As an athlete herself, Molly understands what it takes to challenge your limits and work toward meaningful goals. Through her personal training expertise and her own experience as a marathon swimmer, she has learned how to design thoughtful, effective programs tailored to each individual and their goals.

    In her spare time, Molly enjoys ice swimming, hiking, and traveling.
