An active person by nature, hiker, runner and a gymnast, she was encouraged to try out group fitness classes later in life while a stay at home mom. Before long, she was taking a variety of classes, running in local races and feeling the best she ever had in her 30s. Instructors, friends and trainers recognized her passion and enthusiasm and encouraged her to become a personal trainer and instructor and it was the best decision of her life. Helping others experience pride in achieving goals, feeling increased energy and happiness due to increased movement and making personal connections with others is what she loves about being a trainer. She wants clients to find the fun in fitness and encourages them to find activities they truly enjoy so that they will adopt the habit of regular movement. An active lifestyle and making personal connections is vital for longevity and contentment in life, so it’s Joanna’s goal to help others find this in their own way, meeting them where they are and offering knowledgeable support every step of the way. Training sessions offer variety, are challenging and efficient to work with busy schedules while also achieving goals and setting new ones.
In her free time, Joanna enjoys spending time with friends and family, running, listening to music live or at home, travel, and listening to audiobooks.
