Erin O’Hagan

Having been a gym rat most of her life, Erin O’Hagan never expected to find a truly sustainable workout until giving birth, chronic injuries, neck surgery and her hypermobility journey led her to Pilates. She went from working in a physical therapy clinic to being a patient. Throughout almost 20 years and armed with the educational tools that actually worked for her, she teaches Pilates with a specialized approach for each individual. She loves to make exercise accessible and challenging, building a confident connection with our bodies.

Erin has extensive experience training clients with Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (hEDS), Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HSD), Scoliosis, Dysautonomia, POTS, Arthritis, muscle compensation patterns, MCAS, pelvic floor dysfunction, Vagus nerve dysfunction, Prenatal and postpartum bodies, hormonal shifts and complex injuries. Clientele spans from professional athletes to professional moms and seniors. She has a Mat Pilates certification from NASM and is Balanced Body trained in the Pilates apparatuses.   Erin also has Injury Prevention and Prenatal Fitness certifications from NASM.

Breathwork, form and function are at the pinnacle of her practice in power and grace.
