What Alvina’s clients have to say:
“I wanted to write about how grateful I am to Alvina for all the work she has been doing with me. I started at the gym at the end of February, 2024 after many years of being essentially a couch potato. I started with 30-minutes twice a week and found that I was enjoying my time so much that I quickly increased the pace to 1 hour 3 times per week. No two sessions are the same, and Alvina and I joke about which instruments of torture we will be using each time.
On a serious note however, is the effect of working out with Alvina. Two years ago, I participated in a white water rafting trip along the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon. It was a wonderful trip but I had a lot of trouble with the hiking. I repeated the trip this year about 6 weeks ago. As a result of working out with Alvina and concentrating on strength, cardiovascular endurance, and balance, I was able to do the hiking with no trouble whatsoever. On the very first hike, which had a 200 foot elevation gain over a 1/3 mile, I did not stop and was able to complete the climb with ease. When I got to the top I stopped to thank Alvina as loud as I could!
I have the greatest admiration and gratitude to Alvina for helping me achieve these goals. I am looking forward to many more years of working with her. We laugh, joke and work hard every session.”
