Pilates Mat classes at Rock Creek Sports Club are a fantastic way to experience all the benefits of the Pilates method — toning, flexibility, strengthening, body awareness — using your body weight as the primary source of resistance.
At Rock Creek Sports Club, our Pilates mat classes focus on strength, precision, and flow of movement for every level of fitness. Students will learn the various movements that focus on strengthening the muscles of the hips, back, abdominals, and glutes, or what is known in Pilates as the “powerhouse.”
Pilates Mat: Small Group Training
In our Small Group Personal Training classes, clients can enjoy the energy of a group class, but have more one-on-one attention, as class size is limited. Training sessions last 45 minutes to one hour, and are sold in packages of five for $125 or 10 for $220. If space permits, drop-in fee is $27.
Pilates Mat: Group Exercise Training
Our Group Exercise class schedule offers numerous Pilates mat classes throughout the week in a larger setting for all Rock Creek Sports Club members.
